Casa França Brasil

Casa França Brasil is one of the main cultural spaces in Rio de Janeiro. Since its inauguration in 1990, it has established itself as a privileged place for holding exhibitions, performances and musical presentations.
After extensive renovations, although its facilities have been modernized, the building has a preserved construction of great historical and architectural importance.In addiction to the 700m² hall and two refrigerated rooms, easily adaptable to different artistic occupations, Casa França-Brasil has a reading room, a gastronomic space and a lounge, which offer more options for entertainment, comfort and leisure to the visitor. The external side, a large and cozy patio, with plants, stone benches, covered tables and lighting, have a privileged view of the traditional Church of Nossa Senhora da Candelária.
