Centro de Música Carioca Artur da Távola
The Artur da Távola Rio Music Center, inaugurated on June 16, 2007, is a space that converges various musical styles, dedicated to the memory, creation, and research of Rio de Janeiro's music in all its manifestations. The facility operates in a former mansion, with an annex and gardens that complete the architectural complex, classified as a historical heritage of the city of Rio de Janeiro.
The center features exhibition spaces, courses, workshops, and musical performances. In the spacious annex building, six classrooms and a 159-seat theater are in operation.
