TvZero was founded in 1991 with the goal of telling artistically, socially, and culturally relevant stories through audiovisual projects. It focuses on renewing the audiovisual language, maintaining technical quality, and achieving commercial success. Over its 30 years of activity, TvZero has produced 30 feature films, including notable works such as "Benzinho" (2018), which premiered at Sundance and won the Grand Prize at the Brazilian Film Awards; "Gabriel and the Mountain" (2017), a double award-winner at the Cannes Film Festival's Critics' Week; "Nise - The Heart of Madness" (2015), awarded Best Film and Best Actress at the Tokyo International Film Festival; "Bruna Surfistinha" (2012); and the documentaries "Meu Nome é Daniel" (2019), premiered at IDFA; "Os Quatro Paralamas" (2020); "A Farra do Circo" (2014); "Simonal – Ninguém Sabe o Duro que Dei" (2008); and "A Pessoa é para o que nasce" (2005). These films have collectively attracted over 2.7 million viewers in Brazil alone, while also being sold to various countries and screened at over 200 festivals, earning numerous awards.

In television, the production company stands out with the four seasons of "#MeChamaDeBruna," co-produced by Fox Premium and sold to 13 countries. TvZero has also created documentary series like "Eu Sou Assim," nominated for an International Emmy in 2018, and "Histórias de Adoção," aired on GNT. Additionally, they have produced various programs and films for channels such as Canal Curta!, Canal Brasil, Multishow, SBT, History Channel, A&E Entertainment, TV Cultura, among others.

In 2021, TvZero released the documentary "Boa Noite" by Clarice Saliby, the co-production of the documentary feature "Dois Tempos" by Pablo Francischelli, and the fiction feature "Um Casal Inseparável" by Sergio Goldenberg, which premiered on the Telecine Channel. In 2022, they showcased "Andança – Os Encontros e as Memórias de Beth Carvalho" at the Tiradentes Show, Rio Festival, São Paulo Show, and Aruanda Festival, where it won the Audience Award for Best Film. They also premiered "Fausto Fawcett na Cabeça," which received awards for Best Feature, Best Actor/Character, and the Abracine Trophy. In February 2023, TvZero successfully released "Andança" in cinemas nationwide, where it remained on screens for over 5 months. The company also has a diverse and extensive portfolio of projects in development, production, and post-production, including "Assexybilidade" by Daniel Gonçalves, selected for its world premiere at Outfest Los Angeles, "Kasa Branca" by Luciano Vidigal, "Malu" directed by Pedro Freire, and "Um Lobo entre os Cisnes" by Marcos Schechtman and Helena Varvaki.
